I’m pregnant, do I need to let you know?
Yes! Before booking, you’ll need a one-on-one so that we can keep you safe during our training sessions. You’ll then be able to safely join our group sessions.​​

I have an injury, what do I do?
Let us know about any injuries or pregnancies before booking into your first class. Make sure you let your trainer know about your injury when you get to class so they can adjust movements if needed.

What should I wear?
We recommend light, breathable clothing designed for exercise.

Do I need to bring anything?
All mats and props are provided, just bring a bottle of water and get ready to get sweaty! Towels also recommended
How early should I arrive to class?
We suggest getting to the studio 5-10 minutes early so you can get a park. For safety reasons, no entry is permitted 5 minutes after class has started.
