A breath work experience by the Breathwork Society with ceremonial cacao by Essenze chocolates. 

 

What to bring:

• Wear comfy warm clothes. Think trackies, jammies, fluffy socks, beanies. We are creating our own private lounge room and the more comfortable you are the better. Breathwork can change your body temp in either direction (I usually get very cold) so no matter the outside temp, bringing something snuggly is a good idea.

• A blanket.

• A pillow or cushion

• Optional eye mask. An eye mask makes a huge sensory difference to your experience.
