We recommend light, breathable clothing designed for exercise.
WHAT TO BRING
All mats and props are provided, just bring a bottle of water and a towel and get ready to get sweaty!
INJURIES
Please ensure you let us know of any injuries before booking in to your first class. You will be turned away if it is not safe for you to participate in the class due to injury.
PREGNANCY
Please contact us to arrange a 1:1 pre natal session prior to joining group classes.
You will be turned away from group classes if you have not attended a 1:1.
