PREGNANCY SAFE WORKOUTS

Good news, over 80% of our classes can be modified to be the perfect low impact pregnancy-safe workout. We'll keep you inspired, motivated and loving your training throughout all aspects of your pregnancy at The Loft. 

 

To train in studio, all pregnant clients are required to do an initial private session. This is where you will learn what is safe for you and your bump throughout your pregnancy, what to feel and what not to feel. 

 

From there our prenatal clients are welcome to join into our reformer, barre, non-heated mat and yoga classes. Our trainers will keep you feeling safe, nurtured and challenged as you train throughout your pregnancy.
