  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Please be careful when trying on items for the first time as we will not accept any items that have deodorant, makeup, tan stains, pet fur or any marks at all on them.

     

    If you change your mind, you can return most products (see below) for a store credit within 14 days after receiving your order provided the following conditions are satisfied:

    1. Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned. You will need to provide an original online tax invoice which includes reference to the item you are returning; and
    2. The product must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and in resalable condition (it must not have been damaged or altered in any way by you.
    FAULTY ITEMS:
    Should you receive a faulty product, we will review and replace the item as soon as possible if deemed faulty. If the item is sold out, a refund will be processed instead so you can choose something else.
     
    FINAL SALE:
    Item(s) marked with a Final Sale tag must be returned within 14 days of receiving to be eligible for a Loft Gift Card (3-year expiry). No change of mind Exchanges or Refunds.
