FAQ's

Yes! Hot pilates is a low impact workout that is guided by expert instructors, making it great for beginners.

Our studios are heated to 32°C by infrared heaters. It’s warm enough to get your sweat on, but not overwhelming.

Bring a water bottle, a sweat towel and wear moisture-wicking activewear. Mats and any extra equipment will be provided in the studio.

Everyone is different, but you can expect to burn anywhere between 300–600 calories per session depending on the intensity and your fitness level.
