HIIT Pilates is a hybrid workout combining High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Pilates principles. It blends cardiovascular conditioning with strength, mobility, stability, and core control. Intelligent programming and sequencing allows for greater output, increasing cardiovascular fitness, endurance, maximising calorie burn and improving muscle strength and tone.

This workout can also be modified to a low impact class to suit all fitness levels as well as pre and post natal clients. Please contact your local studio before booking if you are injured, pregnant or recently post-partum.

Yes, our experienced trainers will be able to modify this workout to eliminate the jumps and provide low impact options.

This workout is based around the barre, so you will see elements of traditional Barre classes, however, this is not a dance workout, more functional movement based, fusing Pilates with HIIT drills for the benefits of cardiovascular training.
